TCM Radio went “on the air” on this date in 2003, and we just went over the 208,000 visitor mark!  We began with 8 Country, 6 Bluegrass, and 6 Gospel shows and continue that format today with new shows every month beginning on the first of the month. Charlene Gilmore was the station’s  first manager and without her expertise we could not function. We publicly thank her for her dedication and devotion to traditional country music and to this station.

Our mission at TCM Radio is to preserve and promote Country, Bluegrass and Gospel music in its best traditional form, and to present the most qualified work of artists, past and present, in an entertaining way.

We are the friend of the Independent Artist and welcome their projects for consideration for airplay. We audition every CD album that comes to us, and choose the songs to be played by sound, content and quality. We do not play home recordings, but only professionally done works. We receive many albums and singles from record companies and artists every month. It is not possible to play everything that is good, so we end up playing just the best.
